The Fuji 5C Cold Box is made from 100% Organic Phase Change Material (PCM), with a phase transition temperature of 5.5°C. It provides advanced thermal protection for temperature-sensitive products that must be kept within the 2°C – 8°C range throughout transport.
Compared to conventional water-based gel ice packs, which have a phase transition temperature (melting point/freezing point) of 0°C, Fuji 5C’s 5.5°C phase transition temperature is the ideal level, helping the product stabilize temperature quickly and preventing it from dropping below 2°C.
