Gel ice packs always need to be fully frozen before use, and reaching complete freeze is essential for gel ice packs to deliver their best cooling performance.

However, freezing gel ice packs in large volumes requires a sufficiently large freezer system with strong enough capacity, and it must be a sub-zero cold storage facility to properly freeze gel ice packs at scale. Not every customer has access to a sub-zero cold room or a high-capacity freezer to meet this requirement.

That is why Fuji Ice provides a gel ice pack freezing service for all customers who are using or have used Fuji Ice-branded gel ice bags/boxes, helping customers solve the issues mentioned above.

Fuji Ice’s deep-freeze system (-35°C) has a freezing capacity of 1 ton of gel ice packs per day, which can meet the needs of most customers in Ho Chi Minh City and neighboring provinces.
